Quality is not a final check — it is built into every station. From raw material intake to the pallet leaving our door, every box is measured, inspected, and documented against the approved sample.

Sample → bulk → shipment, checked at every step

Sample sign-off
We send a physical sample with photos and measurements. You approve or mark changes before bulk begins.

In-process QC
During production, die-cut dimensions, material color, and logo placement are checked against the approved sample.

AQL pre-shipment
We inspect a statistically representative lot using AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects.

Final report
You receive photos and a short QC report before the goods leave the factory. Container loading is supervised on request.
What we check, and what we reject
Dimensional accuracy
Length, width, and height tolerance within ±1 mm for rigid boxes; insert fit checked against the actual product.
Print & logo quality
No smearing, misregistration, or color shift beyond approved Pantone / physical sample. Foil coverage checked at edges.
Surface & assembly
No exposed glue, wrinkles, or corner damage. Lining attached evenly; hinges and drawer slides operate smoothly.
Packaging for transit
Boxes wrapped in tissue or PE film, then packed in export cartons with corner protection. Palletized for sea shipments.
